When it Rains, It Floods

Often, here in Chicago, rain means flood. And it doesn't take all that much rain. After an hour or two, many street corners are completely under water.

Well, it's now been two days of rain, and many street corners are indeed under water. But for the first time since I've been here, my street is actually all the way under water--even the middle of the street, the highest part of the street, is under water.

And it really sucks for that guy who just rode through it on a scooter.
