So this is the front of the building I want to buy on Montrose. The first floor is the very out of business Liberty Printing (do you think there's still printing equipment inside?) and the second and third floors are apartments. There are some broken windows, and the stairs in the back look pretty well rotted, but I have seen a single light on at night. Though I never saw any footsteps in the snow in winter. If anyone does live there, they must be very cold (or very hot). Anyway, just as soon as I get a bunch of money together, I'm buying this building. Then, when I get another big bunch of money together, I'll fix it up. Yeah, so probably never.
